The markets today was volatile as the expiry date of February derivatives contracts was due. We may see some more volatility tomorrow too. The rally seen in the last 3 days seems to be coming to an end. In the next few days we may see some correction, but if positive cues are seen in the global markets which is unlikely to happen then might see another rally .

Short term trading is always risky, it is better to go for long term investment with a perspective of at least 1 year.

CRICKET – India totally dominated the game against Srilanka. Led from the front by Tendulkar who gave a befitting reply to his critics especially Manjrekar, who had written in his article indicating it is Tendulkar’s turn to be axed . But as Dhoni pointed out rightly people should think twice before writing off the little master. Manjerakar pointed out one thing which I feel was right that if Tendulkar had the intent right and not worry about anything else then he can play like how he did it in his early days. The Indians have unjustly been at the receiving end of the Match Refrees. In all the controversies happened in Australia it was the Indians who have suffered. The Aussies especially Symonds has been let off easily. Can you guess the reason behind this ? Well I can find only one answer, that both the match refrees have been white persons. Even if they don’t proclaim it, they still downlook the Asian community. Tell me one thing why most of the refrees are whites? Why Asian’s are not enough qualified to be match refrees. It is time for the BCCI and other Asian cricket boards to rake up the issue with ICC. By the way why there are very few Asians on the ICC boards. The BCCI should rightly flex its muscle (money power) behind this issue.
